Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Shattably · v2026-07-31/2 · 2026-07-31 العربية

The Arabic version is the binding version. This policy is an annex to the Terms of Service; breaching it breaches them.

1. Why this policy exists

People use Shattably to deal with each other over their money and their homes. A short, clear set of rules protects everyone, and lets us act quickly on misuse without reopening the contract itself.

2. What is prohibited

Honesty and money

Dealing with people

Content

The app itself

3. Ratings and reviews

4. Files and visibility

A file an engineer marks "internal" is not shown to the client. This feature may not be used to hide something the engineer is obliged to show their client under their agreement or the law.

5. Reporting

You can report a breach from inside the app (Help → Contact us) or at [email protected]. Include the project, the time and a brief description of what happened. Reports involving personal safety or fraud are handled urgently.

6. What we may do about a breach

Depending on the severity of the breach and whether it is repeated, we take one or more of the following: a warning, hiding content, withdrawing a verification badge, removal from the Shattably fleet, restricting some features, temporarily suspending the account, closing it permanently, or reporting to the authorities where a crime is suspected.

We tell you the reason where possible, and you may appeal to [email protected] within 30 days, and we will review the decision.

7. Changes

We may amend this policy. It is published with a version number and an effective date, and notified in the app.
